Refund & Cancellation Policy

Modellus costs $99 USD per loan officer per month, as published on our pricing page. The subscription is billed in advance, once a month, on the same day you subscribed, to the card on file. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Modellus is software delivered online. There is nothing to ship: access to your account is available immediately after you subscribe, and continues for as long as the subscription is active. A receipt is sent by email for every charge.

• You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by writing to admin@modellus.ai.
• Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, as described in our Terms of Service.

• Monthly fees are non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused days in a billing period, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Duplicate charges, charges made after a cancellation, and billing errors are refunded in full to the original payment method.
• To request a refund, write to admin@modellus.ai within 60 days of the charge, with the email of the account. We answer within two business days; approved refunds usually appear in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If something about a charge looks wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank: most issues are solved the same day.

Borrowers, co-borrowers and the other contacts of a loan file are never charged for using the borrower portal or for the messages Modellus sends them.
